• A Masters degree in Music Performance, Singing from the University of Leeds, UK, where he is now undertaking a PhD about Greek rebetiko-laiko music and specifically about the music of Vasilis Tsitsanis
• A BA degree from the University of Macedonia of the city of the Thessaloniki, Greece, in “Music Science & Art” with a specialization in Byzantine Music Singing.
• A degree in Piano from the Macedonian School of Music in Thessaloniki.
• A degree in Byzantine Music from the Municipal School of Music of the city of Naoussa.
• A degree in classical singing from the Municipal School of Music of Thessaloniki.

He took part as a Baritone-Soloist with the “Lyrical Choir” of Thessaloniki under Nikolaos Astrinidis’s contacting. He has participated as a singer and pianist in folklore festivals in Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Taiwan. In October 2005 he sang a role of the new oratorio by Mimis Plesas called “Kosmas o Aitolos” in Gianitsa city under composer’s contacting. His composition “Kyrie Eleison” for SATB choir and orchestra received a first praise in the 3rd International composition competition in the city of Volos in 2005. He worked as a Byzantine music teacher and as a conductor of the childish choir at the school of Byzantine and Traditional Music of the bishopric of Veria, from 2000 to 2005. He also worked as a conductor of the choir of the Pontic club of the city of Oreokastro, Thessaloniki, from 2004 to 2007. He has been a music teacher at public elementary schools in 2005. In 2008, he worked as a piano teacher at the school of Music “Aristotelis” in the city of Naoussa and as a Byzantine music teacher at the municipal school of music of the city of Veria. He has been working as a pianist and singer since 2000 in Thessaloniki, Naoussa and Halkidiki.
